3. Defective or Quality Issues (Including During Use)
If the product arrives faulty or develops a quality problem during normal use within 30 days, we sincerely apologize.

Please contact us and provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or videos

We will evaluate the situation within 1–2 business days and offer one of the following solutions, depending on your case:
A free replacement
Replacement parts
A full refund

In many cases, you will not need to return the item if the issue is clearly verified.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Simply email us at info@mtpskintech.com with your order number and the issue you're experiencing.
We'll guide you step by step. If a return is required, we will send you the correct return address and simple instructions.

5. Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
For approved defective or quality issues, we cover all costs.

6. Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is inspected, approval is provided within 1 business day.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless the product is defective, the following items are not eligible for return:
Used consumables (e.g., cartridges)
Opened skincare products
Personalized or customized items
Items that raise hygiene concerns after use

8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If the package has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving it.
