Returns & Refunds

At MTPskintech, we are committed to providing good quality products to all our customers. We accept returns within 30 days. No hassle for refund, 15 business days money-back guarantee after we received the returned items. We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after you received the item. A return shipping address will be provided and you will get the refund after we received the returned item. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

The reasons you might want to return the item:
1. Item Quality problem:
1). Buyer need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem and a written description inclusive of all and any relevant details.
2). Please allow us to have 1-2 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our Specialist will review this. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.
3). If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and services.

2. You purchased the wrong item/You don't want the item:
1). A 20% Restocking fee will be charged.
2). Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.
3). Shipping fee is not refundable.
4). Buyer must contact the sales representative within 30 days of purchase.
5). Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return.

3. Shipping damage:
Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

4. We shipped the wrong item:
1). Return items must be in original condition.
2). Buyer must contact the sales representative within 7 days after the item arrived.
3). We would be under the responsibility to issue you a full refund or send you a new product once the returned item is received.

5. Missing parts:
1). If your shipment arrives and is missing any parts, just contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
2). We will have the replacement items shipped to you from the quickest source available.

6. Cancellations/Refused Delivery:
1). Buyer must contact our service team as soon as possible.
2). You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before shipping.
3). If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return and will be subject to shipping charges and restocking fees.

Warranty Description
Our products (excluding services) are eligible for repair or replacement for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date under warranty. This warranty covers component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage or misadventures. Product failure due to power surge or power spike, or overcharging are not covered under this warranty.
