At MTPskintech, we want you to feel confident in your skincare journey. If anything is not as expected, we are here to support you with a clear and fair return process.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
Free from any signs of wear, damage, or modification.
3. Defective or Quality Issues
If your product arrives faulty or develops a functional issue during normal use, we are here to make it right. Our coverage is divided into two stages:
Within the First 30 Days (Initial Guarantee): If the issue occurs within 30 days of delivery, please contact us with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos/videos. Upon verification (usually within 1–2 business days), we will offer a free replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund. In these cases, MTPskintech covers 100% of the shipping costs, and a physical return of the defective item may not be required.
After 30 Days (2-Year Warranty): If a functional issue develops after the initial 30-day window, your purchase remains protected under our 2-Year Warranty. We will continue to provide repair support or replacements as per our warranty terms.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@mtpskintech.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide step-by-step instructions and confirm the correct return method.

Please note:
Do not return items without contacting us first.
Returns must be authorized to ensure proper processing and avoid delays.
5. Shipping Costs
Personal Reasons: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Quality Issues: For approved defective or incorrect items, MTPskintech covers all return shipping costs or provides a prepaid label.
MTPskintech does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
Used consumables (e.g., replacement tips/heads).
Opened skincare essences or serums.
Items with hygiene concerns once the seal is broken.
8. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped.
If the package is already in transit, please follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
