1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
Free from any signs of wear, damage, or modification.
3. Defective or Quality Issues
If the product arrives faulty or develops a functional issue during normal use within the 30-day period, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us with:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos.
Upon verification (usually within 1–2 business days), we will offer a free replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund. In many verified cases, a physical return of the defective item may not be required.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. We will provide you with the specific Return Warehouse Address and step-by-step instructions via email.
5. Shipping Costs
Personal Reasons: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Quality Issues: For approved defective or incorrect items, MTPskintech covers all return shipping costs or provides a prepaid label.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
Used consumables (e.g., replacement tips/heads).
Opened skincare essences or serums.
Items with hygiene concerns once the seal is broken.
8. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped.
If the package is already in transit, please follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
