Shipping Policy
1. Which regions can be shipped to and from where?
Orders from US will be shipped directly from our US warehouses. Orders from Canada, Australia, Japan, UK, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Ireland will be shipped from Hong Kong or Mainland China. Shipping will be arranged according to your order details.
2. What’s the shipping method?
For US orders, the shipping method is UPS/USPS/Fedex. For orders from Canada, Australia, Japan, UK, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Ireland, Czech Republic, your orders will be shipped by international express service or postal service. The shipping method may vary for different countries.
All packages will be shipped with tracking numbers so you can track the delivery status in time.
3. What’s the shipping charge? And how long will it take for the delivery?
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping for orders $49+. For faster shipping service, you can also choose the Express Shipping. The freight of Express Shipping may vary for different countries. When placing your order, select your country and the freight of Express Shipping will automatically be applied.

Processing time is within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email.
4. Are Customs Charges included?
For shipping to US, Canada and Australia, Customs Charges are included.
For shipping to Japan, UK, Germany, Austria, Ireland and Czech Republic, Customs Charges are NOT included. According to your local customs regulation, duty fees and taxes may apply. The amount of duties and taxes vary by your local country. All costs incurred by the customs are borne by customer.
