Warranty Policy

2-Year Warranty
At MTPskintech, we stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible devices purchased from our official website are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal personal use, including:
Device malfunction
Internal electrical failure
Non-working components under normal use

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement unit, replacement parts, or repair support at our discretion.

2. Warranty Period
Duration: 24 months.
Start Date: Calculated from the date the order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

3. Items Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Consumable items (e.g., cartridges, tips).
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, accidental damage, or improper storage.
Unauthorized modification or repair.
Normal wear and tear or water damage (unless specified as waterproof).

4. How to Request Warranty Support

5. Shipping & Replacement Handling
Within the first 30 days: Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. For any quality-verified issues within this period, MTPskintech covers 100% of return/replacement shipping costs.
From 31 days to 6 months: MTPskintech continues to cover shipping costs for warranty-related replacement parts or units.
After 6 months: Customers may be responsible for the shipping fee to our service center, while we provide parts/repairs for free.

6. Limitation
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official website (https://mtpskintech.com.com). It is valid for personal use only and is non-transferable.
